By now, I assume most of you have heard of or seen this clip, but I felt it required repeating. I once had an AOL account, which I had gotten only to check some email settings for work. I then tried to cancel the account, which took over 30 minutes. I got a run around very similar to this guy.
Oddly enough, I am now getting that same run around from LA Fitness when trying to cancel my account. That will be in another entry a little later.
